The sofa looks beautiful. Delivery was excellent, I could change the date through the app after being given the original delivery date which did not suit me. Sofa is quite firm but I like that. Aesthetically appealing for sure. I ordered this sofa in camel color about 2 1/2 years ago. It looks like real leather and has a classy appearance. I especially like the tufted arms and back! It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy!
