With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Arrived quite quickly. The tilt does not work. The lift handle is loose. The back rest lifts up and down, but the screw to keep it in place doesn't tighten. These three parts come as already assembled, so I don't think it is linked to me putting the sit together. It looks like its made from cheap plastic. The only thing that works is that it goes up and down. You only realise that once you have taken an hour assembling it, and need to take another hour to disassemble. Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. The chair is great for the price. Comfortable, adjustable and supportive. I found it difficult to assemble without cross threading the bolts due to the weak threads on the bolts.
