The headboard is good quality, looks and feels very nice. The downside was the accompanying screws were small and couldn’t hold the headboard in place. We had to source screws ourselves, this was disappointing because we couldn’t have the bed ready before our guest arrived and it also arrived a day later than the expected date of arrival. Disgraceful paid for delivery to room due to complex disability of my daughter. Delivery driver refused to do so . He was seen to drag the bed to the property and it had been raining. Do not even know if the bed is undamaged until her dad arrives. Was ordered as was delivery by 5th Nov. It arrived 11th leaving my daughter sleeping on a matress again not great. I received a text saying delivery between 3.07 and 5.07pm it arrived alot later in the evening. I used wayfair as I trusted them based on previous purchases. I gold them accountable as they advertise the product and represent the companies. AVOID if you need peace of mind. Now had to take day off work to go and try and sort this if the bed is damaged I dread to think of the challenge this will bring to get collected. I now will have to think twice before I visit wayfair for anything of this nature again. A neuro diverse young girl in tears and a person with heart condition unable to move the large boxes to a upstairs bedroom . Not looking forward to checking the product later.. Susi. Norfolk.
