I would have given this item a 5* except it felt quite slippy and also rustled a bit, not like the old style plastic one would though. I combated my slight worry by putting a quilted mattress protector over the top of it! I have no issues with it at all. I bought it at the same time as my new mattress-also from Wayfair, so love that it is fully encased! This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Over the course of the next few hours it grew until it was 30cm deep. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Very good value for money. I cannot fault this mattress at all. I had a Sacroiliac joint injection the day before it arrived and was worried a new matress was a bad idea at that time but so far no issues !
