It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan. I purchased this pan expressly for my Sous Vide searing but I use the pan for other things too like fried potatoes.. Joyce. Cherry Hill, NJ. Sun Mar 10 2019
