Not everyone needs the same height. Not everyone runs the same temperature. The Emma Adapt Pillow is built around the idea that your pillow should work for you, not the other way around. Three foam layers sit inside the pillow: a Gel Memory Foam top layer that hugs your neck without overheating it, a Visco Memory Foam middle layer that distributes pressure and adapts to your body in any sleeping position, and a soft HRX Foam base that provides resilient support through the night. Remove one or two layers to lower the height and soften the feel, or keep all three for maximum support. Good Housekeeping tested it and found it "comfortable to sleep with," noting that the adjustable layers make it easy to dial in your preferred height and firmness. Open-cell foam throughout promotes airflow so the pillow stays breathable through the night. The elasticated cover is removable and machine washable at 60°C. Backed by a 2-year guarantee. Try it for 30 nights. If it is not right for you, returns are handled directly through Wayfair.

The Slumberdown Firm Support Back Sleeper Pillow 2 pack cleverly regulates your temperature, so you don’t get too hot or too cold as you sleep. Containing a scientifically proven Dacron hollow fibre fill, this specially developed filling has been formulated to carry excess heat and moisture away from the surface of the pillows – drawing it from your head and body so you keep it at a regular temperature. The more heat you generate, the harder the filling will work to keep you cool. But if you’re already cool, the clever Dacron hollow fibre filling won’t allow you to get too cold either. As well as helping you have a comfortable night, you can also sleep easy knowing that there's nothing in this 2 pack of pillows that could cause allergic reactions, as they're naturally hypoallergenic. Having a firm support level, these pillows are a great choice for side sleepers, or for those who prefer a firmer, more deep pillow.
