My dad has trouble sleeping and this pillow has helped him considerably. He reckons he is getting on average about another 2 hours a night extra sleep. Overall great quality pillow, the down part sinks in then offers a medium to firm support from the feathes, good for side sleepers who prefer some support, but I wouldn't recommend it for back sleepers or those looking for a cloud soft pillow. It bounces back nicely, doesn't smell at all and it is full enough that you can feel the feathers when you squeeze the pillow in between your hands. I will be investing on a 100% down next time for myself, however I would most certainly recommend this product as a medium to firm support pillow (although that is completely relative to individual taste)..
