Made from solid teak wood, this chair has a cross design frame that folds up easily for storage. The wood is finished in black to match the genuine leather seat and backrest, which is complemented by slanting, leather strap armrests.

Eucalyptus is one of the most robust wood types, with properties similar to teak. This furniture does not require any special care and is weatherproof. It is advised to use standard caring oil for solid wood in order to keep the original colour as long as possible. Otherwise, the furniture may take on a grey tone over time, which is preferred by some people. For extra comfort, the chairs' backrests can be adjusted to eight different positions and can be folded when not in use so they do not take up too much storage space. The set is being delivered fully mounted.

Bought 3 sets to replace existing garden dining chairs that have served us well for 15 years. The Peony chairs as not as robust as the ones being replaced (but what is these days) though were considered to be acceptable quality for the price paid with the added benefit that they were already pre-assembled unlike chairs available from others at a similar cost. Delivery arrived before the estimated delivery date even though they were coming from Germany; the products were well packaged in heavy duty cardboard boxes with no damage during transit. The quality and finish of the chairs is good and there are no issues with poor quality finishing or staining as sone reviewers have reported. Hopefully these Peony chairs will give many years of good service. One slight irritation was that two weeks after we bought the the chairs the price was reduced by £30 per set . John. Buckinghamshire. Tue Jul 07 2026

Ideal for both indoor and outdoor relaxation.

These are lovely, comfortable and easy to position. I bought them to replace chairs for festivals, camping, etc. the ones we had were hard to get in and out of and we ended up ripping the fabric. These cost the same, but are much easier to use, mesh fabric allows good airflow, and they pack flat to go in the Luton of our campervan. Very pleased.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 12 2026

I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. This chair from Wayfair seems to be the most well made and durable so far. It's very comfortable and looks great too! Thank you Wayfair for your help!. Thomas. Bognor Regis, GB. Sat Jul 25 2026

Our Alcea black velvet and tan faux leather dining chairs are a striking combination of colours and textures, tapping into the luxury 'mixed materials' trend emerging. We love how the Alcea is both super modern and nostalgic, with retro design nods. The rounded seat back curves round into arms that will hug you, and the signature hole in the back adds dimension. The upholstery is durable and designed to last, whilst being easy to keep clean. The black powder coated legs add to the industrial look of these chairs, making them a stunning addition to your dining room, or as an accent chair in a bedroom, bedroom or even office. Also available in a bar stool.
