Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). The only tricky part for me when installing the base , I should have left the screws attaching the sides just a little looser so it was easier to slot it in. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! Firstly thank you for accepting this as a return and issuing the refund quickly. Asthetically it looks great, but it is so uncomfortable.
