The rug is beautiful and was delivered in good order, on time. The rug looks much better in person than in the pictures or visualisations. It is soft, warm light cream in colour, not white, which is exactly what I wanted. (It might appear silver/light grey in certain light conditions.) It looks like it's of solid quality. Beautiful thick rugs but I was appalled at the packaging it was not wrapped in plastic and the bag they delivered was open upon speaking to the delivery driver it was like that when they got it 45 pound for a rug that was not packaged properly was disgusting.
