Picture-perfect in every way, this traditional statue has been hand-crafted in the UK and hand-finished by Happy Larry craftsmen to ensure absolute accuracy on every detail, and has even been aged to give it a realistic antique appearance. Standing on a column pedestal, this statue would look wonderful in gardens with tall flowers, as the girl would easily be able to look out over the floral display. Wrapped in heavy robes, and with her curly hair pulled off her face, she is extremely lifelike and beautiful.

In general a good product spoilt by the fact that the (White) paint flaked off in two places after less than a full summer's use. It was kept in a shed over winter and does not appear to have lost any more paint but I changed it's location (this year) to a shadier location. So, perhaps not suitable for full sun. The flat packed arbour was fairly easy to construct, although assistance from another person (or a third hand!) would have been useful. It was fiddly to get the arch to form a neat circle and awkward to get the gates ‘balanced’ as they kept swinging open. This was possibly because the ground was not perfectly level. I solved both problems by selecting a raised patch of ground, on which the gates could rest. In summary, the arbour is a good ornamental feature, but if the gates are to be regularly opened and closed it will have to be sited on very level, firm ground. Steve. Fleet, GB. 2018-05-24 03:56:16
