Definitely helped my little boy sleeping. Elaine. Feltham, GB. Sat Feb 15 2025

Studies show that a weighted blanket like this one can help you sleep for longer and more deeply with fewer interruptions, and wake feeling more refreshed. This blanket’s gently all over the pressure mimics a subtle human hug, applying something called deep touch, pressure therapy (DTP) to your body to keep you still and calm. This pressure increases the serotonin and dopamine levels in your brain, relaxing your nervous system to help reduce anxiety and stress. The blanket is specifically designed to fit your body, not to drape over your bed, so it can be used on any size of mattress.

Comfort blanket for adults love it !. Lynn. Tue Dec 19 2023

The weighted blanket creates a wraparound sleep environment, offering you a comfortable sense of sleep and security. This natural and physiological approach helps reduce anxiety and stress, improve your mood, relieve insomnia, and serves as a therapeutic blanket that promotes restful sleep and relaxation.

Acting much like a tight hug, this blanket will help you calm down and relax, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The blanket is packed with tiny, hypo-allergenic, environmentally friendly glass beads measuring 0.9-1.1mm in diameter. The resulting delicate yet firm pressure reaches the deep-seated receptors and helps with the release of serotonin and endorphins, chemicals that your body naturally produces to make you feel calm and relaxed. This all makes the blanket the perfect sleeping companion for people suffering from insomnia or for people with sensory integration and psychomotor disorders such as autism and ADHD. It is approximately 10% of your body weight.

Very pleased. Not too heavy. I feel slightly overwarm but not hot and the material it is made of seems to help reduce the severity of my nightly hot flushes, and is lovely and satiny smooth soft. As soon as I am under it I feel soothed and sleepy. I chose this blanket too because it is one that can also be wsashed in the washing machine. My quality of sleep ha definitely improved a lot. It is not just me that is delighted, my cat is also over the moon with it. The size is excellent too..long enough to cover my feet well when I bring it up under my chin, and big enough that there are no cold air pockets around my body.. Rosie. Croydon. Mon Feb 26 2024

High-quality material: The weighted blanket is made of warm comfortable microfiber and filled with non-toxic hypoallergenic glass beads inside, which are evenly distributed in the blanket. The combination of soft fiber and lightweight lets you have a better sleep. Usually, the weight of a weighted blanket should be about 7 to 12 percent of your own body weight, so you can choose a suitable blanket. NOT recommended for pregnant women, children, and old people who can not move the heavy blanket by themselves. Practical design details: the 10/12 pieces loops on the weighted blanket can be attached to the duvet cover to keep the blanket in place. The whole blanket is well sewn as many small squares, protecting from the irregular weight. Non-toxic and odourless glass beads are not noisy when turning over, unlike plastic pellets. Unique sleep aid: therapy blankets are made to provide a comfortable sleeping experience by creating a feeling of being held or hugged. The pressure of the blanket distributes evenly over your entire body, helping you reduce stress and relax the nervous system, and fall asleep quickly. In addition, it makes possible anxiety and intrusive thoughts disappear and calms the body for a continuous sleep at night. Very good choice for gifts: The weighted blanket not only has beautiful and sturdy packaging but also has an amazing function, it is a great yet exclusive gift for your friends or families who suffer from anxiety, insomnia, or pain.
