Essence has a high-quality, PFAS-free Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating. This prevents food from sticking and makes your pan clean quickly. The pan's body contains at least 65% recycled aluminium and heats evenly for perfect results without much effort. The pan also has an induction base, making it perfect for use on any stove top. The elegant stay-cool handle ensures a secure grip and is easy to unscrew after use, making this pan easier to recycle.

I love the Greenpan pans but my error - I did not realise these had a 'fake' wood handle. I thought it was real wood and I just didn't like the feel of them at all so returned to replace with the padova ones (which I love). Good customer service from Wayfair.. Anonymous. Tue Apr 21 2026

Our Barcelona Pro collection features our PFAS-free Thermolon Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating with ScratchGuard technology for the ultimate non-stick performance and amazing durability. Cherry on the cake: the BalancePro base, that stays perfectly flat when heated, keeping your oil or butter where you want it... allowing you to even use less. A seamless and rivetless interior avoids food getting trapped. The Pro-Tec reinforced rim provides added protection, so you can tap your spoon on the rim without damaging it. This collection has a timeless design: the pitch-black colour looks sophisticated and contrasts beautifully with the mirror finish premium handles, manufactured in cast stainless steel. A user-friendly range to cook healthy, for everyday use!

Ordered a pan of 36cm but a much smaller one arrived. I then raised the issue through the website and called customer service, who assured me the right size would be delivered this time. However, we received a small pan again. I now submitted twice through the incidence reporting portal. However, no one yet contacted me after a few days.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 28 2026
