Superb bed. Could have been delivered the next day but I chose 2 days. Fantastic communication with emails and texts kept me fully updated on delivery from the main warehouse to the local delivery office. The night before delivery i was given a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery i received a phone call when the delivery was half an hour away. Delivery was made by 2 friendly people, who couldn’t do enough. Delivery was completed with an hour to go. The bed instructions were easy to follow. Everything was complete and I am extremely happy with the end result. It took me 55 mins to build the bed by myself. I am very happy with my purchase. This is the first time I have used Wayfair and would definitely consider using them again. Great bed for the price, superb delivery and communication. Thank you!. Alison Davies. Gillingham. Looks great, ideal for the space… My only criticism is the ottoman storage is just a cheap Velcro sheet. So once you put in all your storage, it’s impossible to move the bed without inconvenience, all the storage stays put and the Velcro comes off. So not ideal.
