The cabinet itself is beautiful and well made, however the packaging had been really badly damaged to the point it was held together with standard sellotape and the bolts for one set of legs were missing. When I called to try and resolve, you couldn’t order the bolts, you wouldn’t give any money off when I suggested that I would buy the bolts if I was reimbursed a goodwill gesture. So the only option was for us to send it back and order it again. In all honesty the packaging wouldn’t have made another journey it was that bad, burst and soggy. So bad even the delivery driver commented. This was all four days before Christmas, very disappointing that you wouldn’t listen to the customer and go above and beyond with a suitable resolve. Box arrived ripped and half open, the polysterene protection inside was smashed up and useless so the boards were sliding around on top of each other. A few small marks on some of the boards, however I decided not to return it as they wouldnt be seen. It was very easy to put together and it does look very nice once its built.. Suzanne.
