Grey king size headboard was delivered to the wrong address (wrong street) by DHL but the lady at that address kindly brought it to my house. It was well packaged but when I removed the plastic covering it had a stain/mark on it which obviously happened before it was wrapped up…I had waited nearly 3 weeks on this item so didn’t want to return it as I would have had another long wait & might have had the same problems. The item cost £128.99 in Wayfair’s sale & they offered me £19.34 as a reduction for the headboard being marked & they suggested I used warm soapy water on it…I have organic stain removal spray which I used twice on the mark & it’s not as noticeable. I feel £19.34 is a bit low to be offered considering it was delivered to the wrong address & the item had a noticeable mark on it but accepted as if I had refused then I might have got no discount. I do really like the headboard but wasn’t impressed with DHL delivering it to the wrong address & as this item was brand new was unhappy to find it came with a mark on it which was very noticeable. I’m a bit reserved to use Wayfair in the future.. Maggie. Livingston, GB. Wed Aug 05 2026

Our range of CARLINA bed linen is expanding with the arrival of the headboard cover! In total harmony with the bed linen, it will bring the final touch to the decor of the bedroom! We love: Its black satin stitch finish which will give your headboard a graphic look. This superb lightweight linen is ideal for a natural touch to your interior. Designed a little larger so as not to suffer from linen shrinkage during the first wash, which is inevitable with this natural material (washing recommended before first use)

It arrived less plushy than in the photo, the photo makes it appear much sturdier. But it still very much does the job that it was ordered for, is very soft and has a removable cover which is perfect. I wouldn’t pay full price for this however.. Stephanie. London, GB. Sat Jul 18 2026

An elegantly curved headboard designed to offer classic style. With plush fillings, this headboard also offers comfortable support for sitting up in bed. Available in sandstone or slate grey.

The headboard is perfect but when it arrived I was appalled at tge packaging as it was quite damaged and not protected. I spoke to the delivery driver and he said I had to accept it in order to check then send back if it was faulty! I was lucky as it was ok but it certainly could have done with some recycled card covering it to protect it.. Maralin. Broadhempston Totnes, GB. Fri Sep 17 2021
