I would have given this item a 5* except it felt quite slippy and also rustled a bit, not like the old style plastic one would though. I combated my slight worry by putting a quilted mattress protector over the top of it! I have no issues with it at all. I bought it at the same time as my new mattress-also from Wayfair, so love that it is fully encased! Still getting used to it but other than feeling strange because it’s higher than my old matress no complaint’s so far . I had a Sacroiliac joint injection the day before it arrived and was worried a new matress was a bad idea at that time but so far no issues !
