The perfect anchor for a breezy seating group or dining room ensemble, this understated sisal area rug lends a touch of simple sophistication to any space. Let it be the foundation for a glass-topped coffee table in the living room, then outfit the ensemble with clean-lined linen sofas, striped armchairs, and weathered chests to round out your aesthetic in style. For an added dash of nautical appeal, top off your tabletops with weathered buoy accents and muted floral bouquets, then add striped Fouta blankets and sail flag-inspired throw pillows around the seating group for a dash of marina-worthy flair. If you're outfitting your dining room, simply set this rug under a weathered table, then arrange burlap runners and navy blue placemats to complement the neutral maize and linen tones. For a final finishing touch, try hanging down a trio of Mason jar-inspired pendants for vintage charm, then arrange rope-wrapped hurricanes and candle holders for a flickering and fashionable centrepiece.

Sisal is known for its strong, durable, and hardwearing properties, making our Sisal rugs the ideal rug to put in any high-traffic areas such as your hallway, living room, and kitchen. With a woven construction and classic border in a complementary colour, this Sisal rug will add style and comfort to any area of your home. Choose from a range of four colours. Due to the latex backing, these rugs don’t need any underlay added. Regular vacuuming with a strong brush suction is all that is needed for daily care of sisal and seagrass carpets. The beater-type cleaner is not as effective due to the weave. The strong suction of the vacuum pulls out the fine dirt which has accumulated between the fibers. Sisal is super absorbent and will hold onto liquids. If a wet sisal rug doesn't dry completely, it can develop mold and mildew so it's important to use as little water as possible when cleaning. If your sisal rug does end up getting wet, allow it to dry completely before placing it back on the floor. How to dry clean your sisal rug 1. Begin by sprinkling baking soda or corn flour on top of the rug. 2. Leave the powder to sit on the rug for about one hour in order to absorb all the dirt.3.Shake the rug to remove excess powder. 4. Afterwards, use the upholstery brush to vacuum the rug.

This stair carpet runner is made using a needle punched technique. Needlepunch is a manufacturing process that involves lots of short staple fibres being stuck together whilst punched with a barbed needle, hence the name needle punched. Typically, this type of carpet is used in offices, schools, airports etc. This runner has very little that can go wrong with it, it won't pull or snag, nor will it tread down or flatten. The pile of this carpet runner is extremely durable and will not flatten down. Due to the cleverly woven construction of this pile, the runner is great for pets and is pretty much indestructible. It has been classified as a heavy domestic product, which means that it is suitable in high-traffic areas, especially the staircase. This stair runner has a latex, gel backing, which means that it is non-slip and will not move on hard floorings such as Wood, Vinyl or Ceramic tiles. The runner is anti-slip on the carpet, but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is sat on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be. Whilst being anti-slip, the backing is also 100% waterproof and rot-proof. This ensures that the carpet will not shrink or wrinkle once it dries out from being wet. The texture of this carpet is fairly coarse, it has a firm feel and offers minimal comfort. This product is not made to be luxurious, it is made to be very durable, practical & low maintenance. The carpet is made using a fibre called Polypropylene. Polypropylene is a man-made fibre that has fantastic properties and advantages. This carpet is 100% bleach-proof and stain resistant. It also has resistance to fading from UV sunlight. It is anti-static and mothproof. The product has a low radius of ignition and has been hot nut tested to comply with British standards (BS 4790).
