I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. It is good and high and sturdy what I was looking for . But it came with 3 steps which can be a bit tricky. I am going to send email if I can have 4 steps for ladders. It can with 2 brackets but it was quite wobbly for my daughter who is 11. So I need to ask someone put another 2 brackets so it doesn’t move at all not sure if it happened because of carpet..
