Very pleased with this. It arrived in two large packages with all parts present and correct. The assembly instructions are easy to follow and the assembly went well, although it is definitely a two person job. The instructions say it takes 1.5 hours to build but that's highly optimistic and I would allow several times that. The light is shown in the images as being internal but the instructions show it as being fixed to the front, which would be a bit ugly so I didn't install it. I was going to give it 3 stars but I have used it a bit more and find the unit works very well for items like 'sauteing' cherry tomatoes in a drop or two of olive oil as well as a quick toasting of the wide sourdough bread slices. I put 1 or 2 dishes on top of it so plates get warm. Controls are clear. The door on the old toaster oven [ I still have ] is connected to the grill pan so it came out when the door was lowered, making removing hot food a lot easier. I bought this sensor bin to replace a similar model from another brand. The lid on my previous bin broke, and I couldn’t get a replacement.
