Brighton 44 is a spacious and bright summer house, which is well suited for a home office, a place to spend leisure time with friends and family, or just as a summer house. The L-shaped space solution and the small terrace with a canopy and a tasteful lattice wall are both personal and practical. Double-glazed and sealed windows and doors with large glass surfaces are a great choice for our climate, allowing you to prolong the summer in the cold and also giving you a chance to stay in the garden in rainy weather. The house set includes all the necessary parts for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and skirting boards, roof beams/boards, and moldings but also hardware (handles/nails/screws). The house set does not include any roofing materials but shingles and roofing felt can be purchased extra. If you prefer a model with a similar layout but with a modern flat roof, we recommend a slightly larger Orkney as an alternative to the Brighton 44.

This is a very well made summer house, the only thing is the instructions are not very clear.. Clive. Bideford, GB. Thu Apr 22 2021

Thanks to our groundbreaking Gorilla Base technology, you can bid farewell to the inconvenience and time-consuming nature of traditional concrete foundations. The installation process is not only straightforward but also remarkably swift. In fact, most bases can be completed in just a single day. Custom Made for Your Garden Building Gorilla Base isn’t merely a foundation; it’s your steadfast ally in securing the long-term stability and durability of your garden building. Our bespoke timber frame plays a pivotal role in enhancing the lifespan of your structure. By elevating your building and keeping it clear of direct contact with concrete, gravel, or slabs, we eliminate moisture absorption, thereby reducing the risk of rot. This is a critical safeguard, considering that moisture-related damage is a leading cause of building deterioration. Moreover, our innovative design ensures there’s no splash back like with concrete bases, eliminating another common issue that leads to the rotting of the bottom of your building. This base GGS0073-1441AA is suitable for buildings from 72 sq ft up to 144 sq ft / 13.4 sq m.

What's more, our gazebos are made with high quality pressure treated Spruce timber, protecting your Lean To Gazebo from rot and insect infestation, coming with a 10 year protection. We want you to be able to enjoy your gazebo canopy as soon as possible, so we have designed it with the DIYer in mind for a quick and easy assembly.

We ordered the 5x3 mtr lean to gazebo, so not a small structure! The delivery was excellent, they kept us informed of delivery time, so we were prepared, they had waterproof cover for everything, so it was not left out in the elements. Thoughtfulness throughout. Everything was good quality, clear instructions. My husband is 76, and not a builder, rather he was an engineer, so this was a big job to tackle on his own. The only time he asked for help was to lift the front, so he could attach the beams to the wall mounting, it took four men to lift and hold the front upright, whilst he fixed the beams. Apart from that he did everything himself, making sure at all times everything was square and level. He did a fantastic job! I am beyond pleased with the result. It took him 9 days to build, and put the roofing tiles on, and then we had to wait as he ordered the lead etc which was the very last task. A point to note , everything you need to build the gazebo is there, apart from the lead, filler, wall bolts and patio fixing bolts. The hard wear that is with the gazebo kit, is counted so exactly the right amount is there, no extras, so be careful, dont loose, or misplace anything! We have ended up with an amazing gazebo, so much usable space now to eat outside, sit and relax, we absolutely love it, and have had so many compliments from friends and neighbours! I cannot fault Dunster House, from ordering advice, delivery and quality of the actual wood , everything is first class!. Tessa B. Wed Jul 24 2024
