First time ordering from wayfair. I was a bit weary ordering this after reading reviews and got the feeling wayfair is “hit or miss”. I am pleasantly surprised how this bench turned out. Easy to assemble, you just have to put the 2 sides on the bench and feet on. The material is a velvety material and the whole bench is very sturdy. The top part doesn’t open as far but you can fit 1 or 2 think blankets in there or a couple of shoes. It also comes with the 2 little pillows. I love the way it looks- exactly what I had in mine for this area in my dining room. Also the instructions say it holds up to 300 lbs which is more than it lists online, which is good. I found two drawbacks, one being that the arm holes were really hard to shove in all the way (you just put glue and shove them in) and so a little bit of the unpainted part sticks out and they don’t feel super secure. Also, when I was building it, I ended up with two extra screws and washers. The directions were sort of unclear where they are supposed to go, but it seems sturdy enough.
