I'll give them 5 stars because they are good quality for the price and I appreciate the attempt at innovation. But after using these I feel strongly that non-stick pans should be used for non-stick things and non-coated for non-coated things. This really is a not-ideal version of each, but they certainly work and are good quality. Great heavy duty pan. The non stick has survived the dishwasher well. Only minor frustrating thing is the metal lid.
