Loved the shed and have tried to buy another for a decent price but haven’t until today found one and was charged wrongly by wayfair. Was given a price with membership for £430.99 but charged £704.99!!!! Disgrace so I cancelled order and adding insult to injury I won’t get refund until 5-7 working days which is too late because my credit card has to be paid before the n. Sharon . Butcher. The 12 x 8 Overlap Apex Garden Shed is a hard-wearing garden building designed to offer secure outdoor storage and fantastic value for money. The large interior size and double doors provide easy access and storage for larger items such as lawn mowers, bicycles and garden furniture, along with all your everyday gardening tools! Featuring shatterproof styrene glazed windows, the interior is flooded with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space and allowing you to locate your belongings with ease. This overlap shed is designed to support and withstand everyday use and easily store all your garden essentials. A traditional apex roof design not only provides generous headroom inside, but also encourages rainwater to drain off your building, protecting it from weather damage. High-quality mineral roofing felt is supplied for additional protection against the weather, extending the life of your shed and guaranteeing many years of service. The overlap cladding panels are manufactured using thick, overlapping timber boards that are fixed to a strong 28mm x 28mm internal frame, creating a solid and robust structure with a weather resistant finish. Plus, the roof and floor are cut from sheets of solid sheet board, a reliable and robust material which can easily handle the impact of everyday use. The single, z-frame door is supported by internal framing for extra strength. This overlap shed is also supplied with a butterfly catch, and hasp & staple lock, so you can keep your belongings safely locked away. With robust fixtures and fittings, as well as our detailed instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations, you can rely on an easy and stress-free build. Manufactured here in the UK, using FSC® certified timber, you can be confident in the quality of our sheds. This building benefits from our 10 year anti-rot guarantee as well as our 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. All we ask is that you treat the building upon construction, and annually thereafter, with a high quality timber preservative and a waterproof top coat, and your guarantee will be good to go!

Part of our Garden Value range of overlap sheds. Double doors provide easy access to the entire space. This handy shed is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, European pine cladding boards over 34mm square framing with OSB roof and floor. With six fixed, toughened glass windows that can go either side. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Delivery was on time and driver was very helpful. It came with glass rather than the polycarbonate in the description.Checked everything was there and set on assembling it for about 4 hours until dark. Put the roof on and doors and windows in the following morning. Roof was awkward because it was blowing a gale and I was doing it single handed. I used thin panel pins on the window trims instead of the nails provided to avoid cracking the glass which wouldn’t have been an issue with polycarbonate. Floor was a bit flimsy so I bought a couple of 8x6 sheets of plywood and put on top. Very happy with it for the price paid and ease of assembly even single handed.. Stephen. Sat Sep 26 2026
