RETRO STYLE KETTLE - all the nostalgia of a vintage kettle in durable, easy-to-clean 18/10 stainless steel with a solid metal whistle for a pure sound. Fast heat up on all types of hob including gas, induction, ceramic, solid plate, halogen and Aga.

I bought this as a replacement for my Heritage kettle that kept peeling along the top where the lid is. It looks really nice on my hob, and I love the whistle which reminds me of my childhood. The only disadvantage is that it doesn’t shut itself off like a regular kettle, so you can’t leave it and jump in the shower for instance. That said I knew that when I bought it and have no regrets.. Eby. Huddersfield, GB. Mon May 08 2023

Typhoon stove top kettle features a classic and stylish metallic lid. With a generous capacity, the kettle is perfect for brewing water for hot drinks and cooking. The whistling mechanism lets you know when the water is ready, and the soft touch handle stays cool for safely pouring. The spout features a flip top, which is easily lifted by pushing the handle which stays cool for safety. The Typhoon stove top kettle is suitable for all hob types, this includes induction hobs.

Nice kettle. This is the second one I’ve bought. It needs to be descaled regularly if you are in a hard water area or it develops hot spots on the base. The lid discolours over time though. Having said all that I still like it.. Roxane. Rimpton Yeovil, GB. Mon Aug 10 2026
