Have given this review 5 stars even though the desk isn’t quite finished. It’s certainly a two person job, well for a couple in their 80s. it is. Found the instructions excellent, easy to follow. One of the little plugs short but found an alternative. Doesn’t look very easy to get in touch with customer services for English customers if you need to. It’s a nice desk and very solid. So far so good.. Joan Elizabeth. South Yorkshire. Tue May 19 2026

I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. It’s beautiful. Very strong and it looks great in my office. The instructions were clear. I really like the rounded edges, I have young children so this is always a good feature for safely. My husband and I bought the same desk. The only tiny issue is the door for the cupboard is heavy so it ever so slightly drops on one side leaving a tiny gap.
