Very good for freedom and movement for the birds. A small cage is not suitable for any bird unless you let them out for exercise as I intend to as well. I am very pleased with the quality of the cage and colour (Hate black stuff and avoiding where possible). It can hold any size birds as the spacing is only 1 cm spacing between the bars, you can happily keep finches in it. The stand once put together makes the cage stand bellow 6 ft. I bought this cage for my 2 Lovebirds. I absolutely love this cage so much that I have bought a few of them. They are so roomy. I do not understand why some buyers have given disappointing reviews. So fast and easy to clean once you get into the way of it. I love the light weight too. I would very highly recommend this cage. Birds need room to fly forward, but NOT up and down so this cage is perfect to allow my Lovebirds to fly across in their natural direction. My Lovebirds can fly and stretch their wings. All birds still need out of their cages to fly but this cage offers plenty of room for energetic Lovebirds when they are not out on odd days. I just love this cage! I cannot fault it in any way! I use dog pads for the bottom tray and layer it with bird Chip wood to stop them from getting to the pads, works wonders and the dog pads never get touched. Excellent very pleased with this and sturdy and my little fella seems happy enough he's got plenty of room to explore .
