The doors look amazing! If we had known how they looked when closed it would have made our decision to buy much easier. However the assembly instructions received when we ordered were not helpful at all. The parts received did not match the instructions. There was a QR code on one of the boxes which linked to better instructions but still not adequate. The tradesman we hired struggled to match the parts to what he needed and took 4 hours instead of the 1 hour he normally takes to fit similar doors. This meant we had to more for his extra time. There aren't enough door guides supplied so we had to buy more to make them secure. We also had to buy an extra set of handles for the other side of the doors as they are designed as a room divider and we couldn't have accessed from the other side. I agree that assembling the wardrobe requires two people, but saying it takes just two hours is simply not true. First, there are zero labels on the parts or packaging—it’s like a guessing game If someone isn’t experienced with DIY, they’ll never manage to put it together. Second, the decorative trims for the doors should be packaged in separate bags for each piece, as ours arrived all scratched up… P.S. Very disappointed... Firstly my order been delayed and even tho I have contacted customer service they weren't able to give me any updates very unprofessional. Then I have received my product it doesn't come with the cover on top of the door for the sliding system as in pictures which is not mentioned and for the price I would expect everything to be delivered not as expected and no clear description. Arrived smashed to bits with package torn. All the glass shattered and fell out all over the house floor not ideal with two young ones running around.
