The bed is lovely once assembled and looks very well in the room. However, when I was putting it together, discovered that there was a significant piece missing (a corner bracket which holds the the bed together.) I contacted Customer service who said they would put me in touch with the manufacturer which could take up to 48 hours. I went to my local Woodies and managed to find a piece that would work as a substitute. By the time I received an email from the manufacturer, I had completed assembling the bed the previous day. Comes as built in box . We just need to join together and few screw and logics as there was no manual book to it. The quality is good and study is ok. Without the mattress it could be bit flimsy . But mattress does the job. Sad part is it doesn’t come with headboard and to find the same headboard is not possible. I just orders the closest one.the fabric used is good. Anonymous.
