Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation. Whereas my previous slow cooker had options of sauté, low/high and warm the GreenPan cooker does allow more manipulation of temperature - and time. Early day but impressed so far.. Nial. London. The rice is simmering, but you don't want to stand over the hob watching it. The Vonshef rice cooker was made for exactly that – just add your rice and water, press once, and it handles the rest, cooking it through properly, then keeping it warm and ready to serve. Rice maker by name, but it’s far from a one-trick kitchen appliance. The Vonshef electric rice cooker handles porridge in the morning, quinoa with dinner, and simple one-pot meals whenever you don't want to juggle pans. A 1.8L capacity cooks up to 10 cups in one go – enough for families, batch cooking, or a table full of guests. The non-stick inner pot serves and cleans easily, while built-in measurement guides take the guesswork out of ratios. One press, one pot, one less thing to think about.
