Some reviews have shared concerns about the quality on delivery, some items being missing or holes in the wrong places and instructions difficult to follow. I didn't find this and whilst it took time to build it is now put together well and is good. One thing that isn't clear in the photos or description is that there are not trays in each of the 5 water levels. They are actually soft plastic/ polythene liners that are screwed in to place. As described, images were true to product received. Looks good with quite a realistic slate effect and a relaxing water flow though it’s a very quiet sound. The cable is not very long limiting location options unless put on an extension lead. Had to place it very near a power source and right by a chair where you would or might hear some sound!
