Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Furthermore, having your own tools cuts down the installation time, but having the required tools is pretty deep if you’re just a homeowner. I recommend this set. Once completed it looks great. This is the perfect sized at home play structure for our two year old. It took two men about 3.5 hours to assemble. It is sturdy and I feel comfortable with my toddler playing on it. Some reviews have shared concerns about the quality on delivery, some items being missing or holes in the wrong places and instructions difficult to follow. I didn't find this and whilst it took time to build it is now put together well and is good. One thing that isn't clear in the photos or description is that there are not trays in each of the 5 water levels. They are actually soft plastic/ polythene liners that are screwed in to place.
