Some reviews have shared concerns about the quality on delivery, some items being missing or holes in the wrong places and instructions difficult to follow. I didn't find this and whilst it took time to build it is now put together well and is good. One thing that isn't clear in the photos or description is that there are not trays in each of the 5 water levels. They are actually soft plastic/ polythene liners that are screwed in to place. It is a beautiful sandpit and such a good size. However, so far we have been very disappointed with the quality. We had it up for 2 weeks and are noticing that some of the wood is starting to bend and some started splitting. The sandpit isn’t even filled up properly with sand and we use cover so it doesn’t get rained on. We will wait another two weeks to see what the wooden planks do and how many will split further and then probably contact customer service for replacement.
