Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Furthermore, having your own tools cuts down the installation time, but having the required tools is pretty deep if you’re just a homeowner. I recommend this set. Once completed it looks great. The delivery service was great although the driver didn't ring half an hour before he arrived. It was delivered at 7:30am on the expected delivery date, the driver was helpful & friendly and drove the truck round to the back gate to make the drop off. The playhouse is lovely now it's built, although it did take a full day to build it.
