Wayfair online chat service frustrated me,due to delivery date not arriving on time till 3 day later when they I kept getting told ,next day and next day & again at certain time. Finally when item arrived ,the leg at the bottom of the drawers was chipped off and for the amount of money and wait,this was more than frustrating. On the plus side I had contacted Wayfair and the gentleman I spoke with to discuss the problem ,he gave me excellent service and dealt with the problem better than I expected and ended up after so much disappointment for the amount of money I paid too to a more than pleased customer with the resolved issue of compensation..
