I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. Happy with how this turned out. Fine quality and looks like the pictures. One fixture, a big screw, was damaged and thankfully my handy dad adjusted with a hacksaw. Also bought little feet to prop under front legs to make a little more secure. Wouldnt be needed if on a hard floor but mine is on a carpet. Quite tricky to assemble, definitely needs two people.. L.
