I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. Arrived quickly. Easy to put together following simple instructions- said 30 minutes for 2 people, I did it in 20 minutes by myself. When putting the screws in the back I had to realign the grattan slightly but easily sorted. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the one of the zips on part of the cushion has split.
