Inside the seat, we've built a supportive system using flat springs combined with elastic straps. This dual-layer construction helps distribute weight evenly, reduces sagging over time, and provides a responsive yet gentle sit. The padding uses powder-free foam — a cleaner, low-odor material that's hypoallergenic and better for indoor air quality. The foam is firm enough for good posture but forgiving enough for long lounging sessions.Flip the chair over and you'll find breathable "Cool Cloth" (Kubu) fabric on the bottom. This often-overlooked detail promotes air circulation, preventing heat and moisture buildup inside the cushion. Both the chair and ottoman feature knock-down (KD) legs — simply screw them in by hand; no tools required. One unit ships per box, making delivery and maneuvering through doorways much easier
