Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). This was a real bargain and has transformed our lounge. My dog gives it 5 stars too. It’s comfy yet structured so you’re not swallowed. It looks sumptuous in teal. We love it. Delivery was outside the the delivery company’s estimated arrival but within Wayfair’s day estimate and was swiftly manoeuvred into our lounge. I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. Terrible. The sofa was delivered and did not have the legally required fire safety labels. This was important as the furniture was for a holiday chalet. Wayfair initially said they would get the compliance documentation but never did.
