I brought this Mirabella Deluxe Platform solid wood bed frame, because I desperately needed a bed frame, and I was fed up of sleeping on my hard wooden flooring. I like the minimalistic look of it, plus it's extremely study once built. The instructions was very easy to follow. All the equipment to build the bed frame was provided. All the equipment needed , was labelled correctly with numbered stickers, aswel as packed well. Which is very handy, as there is nothing more extremely frustrating aswell as intolerable ,when your are not being provided with clear instructions, equipment or missing packaging. Unfortunately, due to a small error when loading the van, I received only half of the divan bed. Superb bed. Could have been delivered the next day but I chose 2 days. Fantastic communication with emails and texts kept me fully updated on delivery from the main warehouse to the local delivery office. The night before delivery i was given a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery i received a phone call when the delivery was half an hour away. Delivery was made by 2 friendly people, who couldn’t do enough. Delivery was completed with an hour to go. The bed instructions were easy to follow. Everything was complete and I am extremely happy with the end result. It took me 55 mins to build the bed by myself. I am very happy with my purchase. This is the first time I have used Wayfair and would definitely consider using them again. Great bed for the price, superb delivery and communication. Thank you!. Alison Davies. Gillingham.
