I've only had it a few days and used it a couple of times so far so bare this in mind. Also my install is permanent rather than mobile against the manufacturers recommended usage. Very easy to install, batteries for the igniter, fittings for garden hose input and gas connection included, just provide and attach a shower hose and you're away! Needs a decent flow of water to start up, once this is provided fires up immediately and starts pumping out a really decent supply of piping hot water within 10-15 seconds.
