This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The reflex foam is made up of thousands of air bubbles that expand and contract when the sleeper lays on the mattress, providing the body molding and bounce-back properties which offers the user a firm yet hugely comfortable sleep experience whilst always returning to its natural shape when not in use.
