Mine is in Grenadine. It is beautiful. I made Sous Vide ribeye steaks last night and seared them in this cast iron pan that I preheated and added olive oil. It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan. Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation.
