I'm very happy with this stylish office chair. The back rest is perfect, my lumber region fitting perfectly into the curves. I'm tall, 5'10", my long legs are also comfortable on the seat, and at its lowest position my feet and knees are in perfect alignment. I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range.
