Avoid at all costs. Flimsy with very poor tiny tiny instructions and none of the roof holes line up at all. Ended up drilling all my own holes (easy to do as so flimsy but not needed) I am a competent builder and this was way to fiddly for the what it is. Took 2 days to build. FYI - There’s 486 screws + 200+ nuts& bolts all so small that handling them is annoying. Save yourself spend more and avoid the hassle. Wish I had read something like this before I purchased.. Great solid shed, IF built with attention to detail. The instructions are very weak. Get a cup of tea and sit down first to read through the whole thing. Make notes. Things like identifying the right side or the right position for overlapping the metal sheets take a bit of effort and good sense. Be mindful of your screws. I'd expect a product like this to come with a few extra, but mine was missing 06 screws by my count. Nothing I couldn't replace, but not everyone will have spare crews at hand. First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. The Holt is an attractive and well made British shed featuring high grade 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding and strong 34mm sqauare framing. There are two opening glass windows for added light and ventilation. Faux shutters are also supplied. The double door is fitted with a rim lock and wooden knob. The floor is 12mm matching T&G whilst the roof is solid sheet OSB boards, roof felt is also supplied for the exterior. The shed is dip treated with a preservative base coat ready for your own topcoat of paint or stain. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
