We are just so so pleased with this set. The dinner plates are exactly what I wanted, a gentle sloping edge that doesnt allow the food to fall off the edge. The bowls are perfect for breakfast, deserts and salads too. The quality of the china is excellent and the suppliers customer service is is first class. I really like these bowls. As you can see I bought one with the salad tongs and one without. They are a great size and perfect for springsummer dining. I thought the outside colour of the bowls were a vibrant burnt orange. But they are light brown, which is the only disappointing thing. I had theme going with my table ware. But will make it work..
