OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. Love the desk, great quality, height adjustment is really smooth and I like how you can programme 2 heights. Really good for the price. HOWEVER it came with no instructions in the box and none online. Contacted Wayfair who had to contact supplier to get instructions which took around 3 days.
