I don't think I've ever written a negative review but this really does warrant one. Firstly, the picture does make it look a very heavy duty item - just what we wanted but, in reality, whilst it was metal it's nowhere near as sturdy as it looks. It took us about 2 hours to put together, the instructions were very limited and you're only provided with an allen key which is definitely not enough, thankfully my husband had other tools. We realised we'd got it wrong about half way through and then had to take most of it down again. When we finally got there, we were on the verge of actually returning it but, we pressed on and added clothes and shoes and have decided it will be okay as a short term fix. Disappointed.. Karen.
