Overall happy with the purchase, looks great and is extremely practical for having a n extra bed in a small space. One thing I would be wary of is that it’s quite tricky to assemble and you need to make sure you are able to attach well to a wall (at the very least to the studs). The instructions for assembly aren’t very clear when it comes to installing the mechanisms and springs. Also the delivery wasn’t great - the company delivered later than the expected date and refused to bring the boxes up one flight of stairs in the apartment building. I appreciate the current COVID restrictions, however leaving it in the hallway on the first floor is not much different to leaving it in the hallway on the ground floor w.r.t entering the building. Due to limited space, I needed to get rid of my current reading table and get a table that would be more space-saving. Most of the space-saving options that I saw during my searches, did not seem very durable. The few that seemed to fit the bill either had extremely long delivery times or were very expensive. I finally found this table after a very long search process, and it was stated that it would be delivered on the 29th of February. It was however delivered a day later than stated. The packaging also did not seem so secure, but the table was not damaged on delivery. On opening the parcel, the shelf/table parts seemed to be made of good quality wood and metal. However, because the shelf/table seemed very heavy, I was not really confident about hanging it on the wall using the fixings and screws supplied. I used more heavy-duty fixings to hang it up. Installation was a straightforward process. A step-by-step process for the installation was provided in the sheet in the package. There was also a code that you could scan with your phone, and it takes you directly to a video showing the process. Templates were even provided, to help you know where to mark and drill the wall. Overall, I am satisfied with the table as it seems like it would last for a long time. Cracking bit of kit, does exactly what it says on the tin. Really impressed with this sofa bed. Bought it as a compact option for a spare space, and it’s turned out to be a bit of a hidden gem. The click-clack mechanism is smooth and straightforward — no faffing about trying to wrestle it into position. One minute it’s a tidy sofa, next minute it’s a proper bed ready for guests. Happy with the finished product although construction is not for the faint-hearted. It says it requires three people to assemble it however I managed 95% of it on my own and with a bit of planning, a second person is useful when it comes to manouvering the two halves around the room. I managed to construct the double bed version entirely in a room which is only 13ft by 8ft. The hardest part is following the instructions, they are not particularly clear in places and the "magnified" bits could do with being 2x larger. One step is particularly baffling where it expects you to screw a large nut in at either side but doesn't explain that you do it from the opposite side (well I did anyway because it was impossible to do it any other way). Some of the wooden holes didn't line up perfectly with the metal frame so I had to enlarge them slightly with a drill. Also some of the screws are already screwed into the pieces rather than being in the bags so you can be hunting around for things which are hiding in plain sight. Once constructed and in place the bed feels solid, the mechanism works well, in fact the springs are so powerful that until you get the bed flat it feels like it would catapult shut if you get go of it! The straps which hold the mattress in place seem like a bit of an afterthought, there are no pre-drilled holes to fix them in place and you just basically screw them to the wood, it'd look nicer using steel screw cup washers..
