The building is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating in your choice of either wood paint or stain immediately on installation. The roof and walls are 12 mm shiplap with a 19 mm timber floor; all framing is 34 mm square. Roof felt, assembly instructions and fixings included.

As already informed arrived on a small truck with just one man (driver) .. I expected the gazebo to come in panels but small pieces of wood were handed over...I expected two man delivery and product taken to where it would be constructed... delivery was kerbside only ( but the driver was helpful) I expected to be able to assembly the gazebo with help but it is a challenge to my carpenter so it is working out a lot more expensive than anticipated. The end product is beginning to look like photo so l will be pleased although very disappointed at first.....Not a project to be entered into lightly....Quality of wood is good as are all Bloomsbury Market products!. I would give this greenhouse 5 stars if I could, but it was quite difficult to assemble and needed both myself and my husband. It took us a weekend to complete it. You also need to build a base if not included. The result is a lovely little greenhouse and it has stood up to the winds and gales we have had recently. We did reinforce the panels with glass tape and so far we have had no leaks, also the window has a very strange closing. I ended up purchasing the 11x7 Poppy greenhouse over the Memorial Day weekend, after reading a multitude of reviews. Based on those reviews I decided to give Backyard Discovery a chance. From delivery to final build I could not have been happier with the experience. As a DIYer, this was in my wheelhouse. What was most impressive was the build instructions, which were complimented by the online 3D app. The inventory list for each box was invaluable in saving time from having to look for the multitude of parts and hardware. To make the build easier, I set up a 6ft table in my garage and placed all of the hardware in plastic containers which were arranged numerically. This preparation will save an enormous amount of time searching for specific hardware. The quality of the cedar was very good, solid, and consistent. Throughout the build, the instructions actually had notes, in red, that were important “lookouts” so as not to make an error with regards to specific part orientation or sequence. As I worked my way through the build, the more impressed I became with the instructions and how I could tell that the folks responsible for the instructions were truly hands-on common sense engineers. My hat off to the company for their efforts in making these projects enjoyable along with providing a wonderful finished product…that appears to last. As with any quality build, if you do not ensure that the pad is level and the sidewalls are not square and level, you will not have an enjoyable experience. My parking space is surrounded by fence on three sides and sits under an apple tree. After experiencing one round of severe hail damage and suffering through another fall of my car being pelted by apples, I began the quest for a carport and landed on this Sunjoy model. I couldn't be happier. At 20 feet long, it covers my entire Q7, and the width was perfect for my parking space. I can definitely open the car doors on both sides, and parking between the posts is no problem. Speaking of posts, our handyman built concrete bases for the posts because of the slope of the space. One other thing to know: in the blueprint on page 4, the distance from post to post is actually 227 inches (not 229.13 as stated in the book.) The Grill Gazebo is perfect for shading our smoker from the sun (and stopping temperature creep). The materials are solid and it is one of the few that has a metal roof. A couple of negatives, though. One of the boxes tore during shipping, which caused the loss of the washers. Luckily, I had appropriate replacement washers. There were unfortunately, several panels that had dents in them and one of the structure pieces was a little banged up.
